Julia Ivanova, CPA brings over a decade in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting experience to her role as Certified Public Accountant at Bizfixx Corp. Julia is licensed in NY, She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, a City University of New York. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Julia has gained extensive accounting experience through her senior accountant and management role in a top NYC based accounting firm that services a diverse group of small to medium-sized businesses as

well as clients in the banking and financial industry. Julia has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services including: individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns as well

as audits and compilations. She is well versed in Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance Audits with a proven track record. Her comprehensive understanding of compliance in regards to Sales Tax & the ever changing tax laws surrounding payroll tax has served to protect her clients from fines, penalties, labor lawsuits, etc.

 As the Founder & CEO of BizFixx, Nella Bombardieri shepherds the mission of the company. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business. Nella has a proven executive management track record in a career that spans over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in: financial services - credit & collections, factoring, leasing;  textiles, fashion & accessories space; building & construction trades; food & hospitality sector and diverse businesses at both the retail and wholesale levels. She

has extensive expertise in all manners and aspects of corporate operations and financial analysis, warehouse design and management, import/export including domestic and overseas factory oversight and coordination and construction project management.

 

Nella specializes in development and implementation of management and growth strategies, problem solving, mediation and contract negotiation to resolve obstacles and create the necessary changes and steps forward that ensure continued success. Over the course of her career she has cultivated a rich network of top notch professionals from a variety of fields that serves as a valuable resource available to her clients. Her passion is building strong robust sound organizational infrastructures right from the start.

Justyna Chachler heads the BizFixx Payroll Accounting Department which comprehensively manages every aspect of our clients payroll requirements. Justyna has over a decade of Payroll & General Accounting experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, a City University of New York along with an MA in Business & Property Management. She is a forward thinking professional who stays on the cutting edge of her field and brings her knowledge of the latest Cloud & Portal technologies to efficiently streamline and simplify the processing of all company payrolls making them completely accessible to our clients 24/7.
